So on March 5th, 2009 the Dallas Cowboys released two veteran players on their team. One is WR Terrell Owens and the other is Safety Roy Williams.

How does this change the offense and defense for the Cowboys? Are they better or worse?

As for t.o. they are better off without all of the drama he brings to the team. I'm not sure why they got rid of Roy Williams though.

He only 28.. thats not too old. He can still make an impact on a team when healthy.
