| UFC 100 is this saturday, and there are going to be some huge fights there. Yoshihiro Akiyama vs Alan Belcher - I have high hopes for Akiyama, I think he is a legit threat to any middle weight fighter our there right now. Belcher will have his hands full, I predict Akiyama by 2nd round TKO. Dan Henderson vs Michael Bisping - Pretty much whoever wins gets the a title shot here. If Dan Henderson uses his wrestling, he should def be able to beat Bisping. Bisping will try his stick and move strategy, hoping to beat him by points. Henderson is an Olympic wrestler, so there really is a big disadvantage to Bisping there. Henderson will win this fight by taking Bisping down and getting a UD. GSP vs Thiago Alves - Alves is a HUGE welterweight, and that is something GSP hasn't really faced. If the fight were to stay standing up, I think GSP would be in trouble, but since it wont it's a whole other story. GSP is crafty as hell on the ground, so when it goes there I see him being able to keep Alves there. Eventually he will wear Alves out and either win by SUB or TKO in eithe rhe 4th or 5th round. Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir - What a huge fight this will be. Lesbar is just an amazing athlete, and even if all the technique isn't there, He can use his strength to just overwhelm his opponents. Lesnar has obviously improved since they first fought(Mir won), but how much? Mirs ground game is tons better than Lesnars, but will Lesnar even give him to work a sub, or will he just smother him? We know Lesnar has huge power in his right hand, but we haven't seen much of the head movement or footwork. Mir has looked much better standing up, but it is a 5 round fight so if Lesnar hits him once with his right, it might be over. For sure if Lesnar wins, this will set them up for a third fight, to be the tie breaker. I have Lesnar taking this via TKO in the 2 round.
