Perfect Game Blown?

I was watching when it happened and I have to say this was one of the worst calls in the history of baseball. This kid pitched one hell of a game and he loses his perfect game because of a clear mistake by the umpire. The Tigers made the out by a foot and to everyone else in real time it was very obvious the out was made. This call needs to be overturned and the perfect game awarded!

I must say that I completely agree. I was watching and when I saw Austin Jackson make that play in the outfield I was on the edge of my seat! This should be a perfect game and history needs to be made!

Its a part of baseball to have blown calls. It happens a lot and everyone needs to just STFU and quit crying. Its not going to be over turned and it should not be because that would just be ridiculous. MLB wont go over a 100 years of baseball and correct other mistakes so why should they now?

Yea we are in 2010 now. Times change and its time for baseball to get with instant replay and make a stand and fix this game. They shouldnt go back and fix other games because back then when those games were played we did not have the technology to make the correct calls. But now we do and it needs to be fixed.

Yes. With technology comes change, simple as that. i am not saying go over the past 100 years and fix all the mistakes that can be fixed but to start here and now. MLB needs to move forward with makign the game better and the correct calls will do that, not only in this situation which would reward a deserving player the perfect game but in other situations where games are close and blown calls can determine the winner and loser.
